Going back to school is an important time for both parents and their kids. But school is very much like the animal kingdom — it’s survival of the fittest. In this wilderness, everything has changed. Teachers. Classrooms. Friends. And a kid’s ability to thrive depends on making a great first impression. The best way to make that impression is to show up on the first day with a great haircut. Then spend the next 9 months as a beloved member of the herd.
